You can take them anywhere that installs tires. The price will vary by location. Shop around for tires dealerships are not necessary unless you have some special tire pressure monitor that needs a dealer to reset.
Check tirerack.com for prices and a list of installers. I used them last time I needed tires. Shipped to the store and installed there.
When I order them from Tire Rack, I will take them to my local tire shop where he installs and balances for about 15-25 a tire.(lower price for passenger tire) Add those costs to the price of the tire and shipping and you usually will be paying very close to the same amount as purchasing them locally. The biggest advantage seems to be in selection at Tire Rack and other on line sellers.
any tire shop will install them for you. your better off to go to a discount tire shop to buy them. just think if you buy them on-line how would you take them back if they turned out bad.
Any local tire shop will do it as long as theyre new tires. The only issues you will have is that they will usually charge you more if you didnt buy the tires from them, and rather online. Also, if there is an issue with the tire, you screwed because you bought them online, and you’d have to ship it back. Sounds inconvenient I’m sure. Your best bet, shop around your local tire shops and find out what it would cost first, and compare that to the cost of the tires online, plus the shipping, plus the excess mounting charges that anybody will charge. Chances are, the tire shops will be a little more expensive, but you’ll have warranty, and a service department to go if there is an issue.
That’s the trouble with buying online. But if you really shop around, there are low-end places which will do thre whole job for a lot less than the glass and formica places. Look for a place that looks like a junkyard with a dog on a chain.
